Underbelts are used as the base layer for tactical duty belts. This under belt features soft velcro, designed to loop through your pants and connect with the hard velcro of a duty belt. This enables quick gear-up and gear-down without having to unloop MOLLE Attachments, as they are located on the duty belt.
